Marjorie Louise Kansteiner

Kansteiner, Marjorie Louise (nee: Cottman), of Troy, MO, formerly of St. Charles, MO, passed away on Friday, January 22, 2016, at the age of 89. She was born October 19, 1926 in Covington, KY. Devoted wife of 61 years to the late Arnold (Fritz) Kansteiner OD. She is survived by daughter Susan Cronk (Ronald), son-in-law John Adderley, son William Kansteiner (Gina), grandchildren; Lauren Cronk, Shannon Adderley, Jonathan Kansteiner, Allison Kansteiner, nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by husband Arnold (Fritz) Kansteiner, daughter Peggy Adderley, parents William and Maude Cottman, and sister Ruth Black (William).

Marjorie was a registered nurse, starting her career as a surgical nurse. She put her career on hold to stay home to raise her children. After her children were grown she returned to nursing at local nursing facilities. She held the position of Director of Nursing when Parkside Meadows opened.
