Marilyn A. Lawless

Marilyn A. Lawless (nee Cafazza), of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at the age of 88. Beloved wife of James G. Lawless; cherished daughter of the late Charles and Aurelia Cafazza; devoted mother of Donna (Patrick) Noonan, Charles "Chuck" (Teena) Lawless, and Andrea (Daniel) Knapp; loving grandmother of Matthew (Denisse) Noonan, Gregory (Susan) Noonan, Michael Noonan, Elizabeth (Rob) Slade (nee Noonan), Christopher Noonan, Maria (Bryce) Youngberg (nee Lawless), Jimmy (Kim) Lawless, Anna Lawless, Aurelia Knapp, David Elvis Knapp, and the late Sophia Lawless; dear sister of Tony (Zita) Cafazza, Charlie (Mary) Cafazza, and Mary Beth (Doug) Reckamp; precious great-grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend.

Marilyn shared 68 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, James. She was a woman of deep faith whose devotion to her family was evident in the love she shared with them throughout her life. Marilyn was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
