Marie W. Burton

Burton, Marie W., of St. Louis, Missouri, died on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at the age of 93. Beloved daughter of the late August and Matilda Schnettgoecke; devoted mother of Kathy (William) Orlick, Mary (Charles Hopkins) Bonds, Patricia (the late James) Rodrigue, and Debbie (Samuel) Scarpace; cherished grandmother of 12; treasured great-grandmother of 29; dear great-great grandmother of 12; dear sister of one brother and 4 sisters. She is preceded in death by her great-granddaughter Kourtlyn, 4 sisters, and 3 brothers. Marie loved to play bingo, go to the casino, she was an avid cardinals fan, but most of all she loved her family and grandkids and going to church with them. She was a member of St. Peters Senior Center and a volunteer with Meals on Wheels.
