Marie “Re” Ann Froehlich (nee Farrell), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2024 at the age of 86. Re had a joyous reunion with the love of her life, Winston Froehlich. She is also the cherished daughter of the late William and Birdie Farrell; devoted mother of Kirk (Kathy) Froehlich, Linda (Mike) Whitehead, Laurie (Mike) Bockerstette, Terri (Brett) Williams, and Kim (Gary Gentry) Froehlich; loving grandmother of Danny Bockerstette, Lisa Bockerstette, Kyle (Shari) Whitehead, Paul (Sunny Lauderdale) Froehlich, Rae Williams, Jessye (Joshua) Hurst and Danielle (Brandon Jeter) Whitehead; treasured great-grandmother of Carson, Cole and Brooks; dear sister of the late Bill (Carol survives) Farrell, the late Betty (Gene) Powers, and the late Charley (Carol) Farrell; beloved aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Re was a hardworking mother who had successful careers at McDonnell Douglas and Universal Match. She also dedicated many years to Delta Dental where she retired in December of 2006. In her free time, Re's love for sports was evident. A true athlete and coach at heart, she embraced the thrill of competition and the camaraderie it brought. She was a gold medalist at the 1994 Senior Olympics of Missouri. She was a dedicated supporter of her daughters, always present on the sidelines of their volleyball and softball games, cheering them on with unmatched enthusiasm. Re was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues.

Re found peace and joy in the great outdoors. The Lake of the Ozarks held a special place in her heart where she partook in water activities that brought her immense joy and tranquility. Re loved game nights with family and friends. She created the foundation her life on faith and the love of family. Re was a devout Catholic and always loved to be surrounded by her family, including her four-legged family over the years. Re was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
