Marie Theresa Arizzi

Marie Theresa Arizzi (nee Bellettiere), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at the age of 78. Beloved wife of Roger Arizzi; cherished daughter of the late Carmella and Felix Bellettiere; devoted mother of son, Anthony Arizzi, daughter, Donna Arizzi Shields, and son-in-law, Charles Shields; loving grandmother of Angelina Arizzi-Shields; dear sister of Joseph Bellettiere and Roseanne Bellettiere.

Marie and Roger were married for 61 wonderful years, and together they enjoyed going to Ameristar Casino, as members of the Star Club. They enjoyed being grandparents to their only grandchild, Angelina, and they loved and supported her through everything. Marie also enjoyed cooking. She loved to have people over for dinner and she made amazing meatballs. She was a proud Italian woman. Marie had a strong love for God and was a devout catholic woman. Her faith was very important to her. She always saw the good in everything and everyone. Marie had a big personality, and she never met a stranger. She enjoyed traveling in her younger days. Marie was a religious educator, always putting God first. She was always on a mission to lead people back to God when they would stray from him. Marie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
