Bills, Margaret Hilda of Saint Charles, MO, died on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at the age of 98. Loving wife of the late Charles "CB" Bills; beloved daughter of the late Robert and Margaret Beste; devoted mother of Mary Jane Mentzel, David Mentzel, Allen (Carole) Mentzel and Fred Mentzel; cherished grandmother of Kristine, Dianna, Lesley Anne and Alisson; treasured great-grandmother of Chelsea, Alex, Jake, Jennifer, Brandon, Bradley, Jesse, Michael and Kylee and great-great-grandmother of Farrah. She is preceded in death by her first husband Fred Mentzel. And siblings Edith, Raymond, Robert, Alice and Bill.
