Winter, Mardel E. “Mardy,” (nee: Cowell), of St. Charles, MO, died on Friday, September 23, 2016, at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Glennon F. Winter; cherished daughter of the late Levi and Estella Cowell; devoted mother of Gregory (Sue) Winter, Donald (Laura) Winter, and Cheryl (the late Burton) Frager; loving grandmother of Gregory, Jr., Jacob, Alexander, Matthew, Josephine, and Aiden; dear sister of Carl (Judy) Cowell.
Mardy was also preceded in death by her brothers, Albert Cowell and Raymond Cowell.
Mardy was a long time member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. Mardy was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
Interment is private.
