Beloved husband of Maria Eugenia Sanchez; cherished son of Consepcion Hurtado Pintor and the late Rafael Ortiz Garcia. Devoted father of Eder (Ana Rosa Nunez) Ortiz Sanchez, Gustauo (Nohemi Garcia) Ortiz Sanchez, and Landy (Antonio Alcaraz) Ortiz Sanchez; loving grandfather of 9; dear brother of 8; many cousins and friends.

Luis was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
