Lucy Palmer

Palmer, Lucy, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Friday, February 18, 2011 at the age of 79. Loving wife of the late James D. Palmer; dear daughter of the late Joseph and Florence Talbott; devoted mother of Margaret "Peggy" (Ronald) Heitgerd, Stacy Lynne (Gregg) Cordes, and Steven Dennis (Michele) Palmer; Cynthia Sue (Robert) Ludwig and family; cherished grandmother of eight and great-grandmother of two. She is preceded in death by her sisters JoAnn Statzer and Marie “Garnie” Moss. Mrs. Palmer also enjoyed working in the yard and spending time with her grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital or St. Charles Humane Society.
