Lucien "Don" Cressler

Lucien “Don” Cressler of St. Peters, MO passed away October 19, 2026, at the age of 80. Beloved husband of the late Fran Cressler; son of the late Lucian Cressler and Marjorie Schuler; devoted father of Justin (Chris) and Brian Cressler; loving grandfather of Rachel (Ryan) and Jacey Cressler; dear brother of Vicki Kohorst.

Don loved being outdoors and created many memories on family camping trips, picnics in the park and going out fishing. He loved sports, especially archery and target shooting with his sons, and cheering on the St. Louis Blues and Chicago Cubs. He dedicated his life to caring for his son Brian and was a loyal Disabled Athlete Sports Association (DASA) Volunteer. Don also maintained ties with his fellow ramp servicemen from back in the early days creating a tight circle of support and friendship. Many words come to mind when thinking about Don… stubborn being the first, but behind the bluster his heart was filled with love for his wife, family, and friends and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
