Lois Anne Toigo

Lois Anne Toigo (nee Pedrucci), of St. Peters, MO, passed away peacefully Monday, May 4, 2026, at the age of 83. Cherished daughter of the late Pio and Mary Pedrucci; devoted mother of Paul Toigo, Dave (Karen) Toigo, and Joseph (Kim) Toigo; loving grandmother of Talia (James) Pipper, Tony (Stephanie) Toigo, Andrew (Mercedes) Allen, Michael (Maggie) Toigo, T.J. (Abbey) Allen, Sam (Frances Fechter) Toigo, and Mia Toigo, and great-grandmother of M.J. Toigo, Noah Pipper, Jake Pipper, and Luke Pipper; treasured aunt of Tom Dempsey, Anne Lersch, and Mary Dempsey; dear sister of the late Peggy Jo Dempsey; and mother-in-law to the late Melissa "Missy" Toigo.

Lois was a devoted member of St. Cletus Parish and an active participant in its Ladies Club. A proud member of the Duchesne High School Class of 1960 Reunion Planning Committee, she remained deeply connected to her community throughout her life. She was especially fond of the many ladies’ groups she belonged to, including her beloved Breakfast Club and her Weight Watchers tribe. Known for her incredible baking, she prepared specialty desserts- especially pies and birthday cupcakes—for Pio’s Restaurant. In her quieter moments, she enjoyed cross-stitching and quilting.

She found joy in life’s simple pleasures: playing bingo, participating in trivia nights, attending church lunches and picnics, and spending time bowling with friends and family. Above all, she cherished her role as a grandmother, delighting in spoiling her grandchildren at every opportunity. Family was the center of her world. Lois was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Lois's name to the American Cancer Society or Meals on Wheels of St. Peters/St. Charles.
