Lloyd A. Billing

Lloyd Billing, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Friday, February 17, 2012 at the age of 75. He was the loving husband of Dorothy "Dot" Billing (née: Schneider); beloved son of the late Edward and Erna Billing; devoted father of Dawn (Robert) Merrick and Darlene (Michael) Amoroso; cherished grandfather of Heather (Nicholas) Pratt, Sgt. Geoffrey Merrick, Mark Amoroso, Anthony Amoroso, and Katie Amoroso; treasured great-grandfather of Shawn Pratt; and dear brother of Robert "Bob" Billing and Anna Lee Auchley. Lloyd is preceded in death by two grandchildren, Dominick and Gabrielle. He was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, and a 4th Degree Knight of the Knights of Columbus 12037 of St. Robert Bellarmine. Lloyd served his country in the Korean War in the 82nd Airborne. He later served in the U.S. National Guard. Lloyd also enjoyed fishing with his children and grandchildren. Memorials may be made to St. Vincent DePaul or Masses at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, in Lloyd's name.
