Dearest wife of the late Raymond Ptak; dear daughter of the late Charles and Clara Clarke, loving mother of Elaine (Paul) Welsch, Raymond (Kathleen) Ptak, Wanda (Roger) Beinhorn, Richard (Sherri) Ptak, Lynda (Marc) Joyce and William (Julie) Ptak; beloved grandmother of 16 and great-grandmother of 8; also survived by six sisters and one brother There are no services.
