Linda Katherine Began

Linda Katherine Began, of Ballwin, MO, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2023, at the age of 72. Cherished daughter of the late Edward and Cecelia Began; beloved aunt of Craig (Jamie) Began and Doug (Carly) Began; precious great aunt of Thomas and Joseph Began; and dear sister of the late Ed (Virginia surviving) Began and the late Mary Began.

Linda proudly and honorably served in the United States Air Force. She was a graduate of Hazelwood High School and received her bachelor’s degree from Missouri University. Linda enjoyed traveling. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Blues fan. She loved the city of St. Louis so much. Linda was passionate about her cats. She will be remembered for being very caring and compassionate, always donating to the food pantry. After retirement, she volunteered reading to children. Linda's family was most important to her overall. Linda was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
