Dear wife of William Rapplean and the late first husband, Edward Keller; loving mother of Edward Keller; dear sister of Florence Meinershagen; proud grandmother of Adam and Erin Keller; preceded in death by parents, Richard E. and Eleanor First; brother, Richard First; sister, June Gibson. Mrs. Rapplean was a volunteer at DePaul Hospital;local O'Fallon Food Pantry and Meals on Wheels, and was a parish member of St. Robert Bellarmine Church for years.She was a Payroll Clerk for St. Joseph Health Center for over 20 years.
