Memorial donations may be made to donor's choice. Lewis R. ''Dick'' Criebaum, 83, of O'Fallon MO died Wednesday September 12, 2001 at St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles MO. He is survived by two sons: Roger Criebaum (Jeri) and Richard Bruce Criebaum (Alice) both of Wentzville MO; two sisters: Dorothy Otter of Sedalia MO and Elizabeth ''Bess Nagel of Cape Girardeau MO; five grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his wife Lillian Criebaum.
