Dearest husband of 59 years to Dorothy Dwiggins; son of the late Joseph Dwiggins and Marguerite Merriman; father of Michael (Kathy) Dwiggins, Paul (Pat) Dwiggins, Debra (Dan) Revell, Randy Dwiggins and Chris (Cindy) Dwiggins; Grandfather of 17 and many Great-Grandchildren, 5 Sisters, Shirley, Juanita, Audrey, Margie and Rita; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by sisters, Clara Vogel and Cecelia Gibbons. Memorials to American Kidney Foundation.
