Leroy Stephens, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at the age of 90. Dearest husband of Constance Stephens (nee: Rung); dear son of the late Lemuel and Florence Stephens; devoted father of Karen Placke and Richard Stephens; beloved grandfather of Henry Scott Placke. He is preceded in death by his brother, Carl Stephens and sister, Beulah Haeffner. He was employed as a Coil Winder at Moloney Electric before his retirement, a member of VFW and St. James Lutheran Church and Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.
