Beloved husband of Alice A. Starkey; beloved son of the late Levi & Emma Starkey; beloved father of L. Glenn Starkey (Kathy) and Beverly Niehoff (Joseph); beloved grandfather of Corey Grant Starkey. Mr. Starkey was an active member of the American Legion Post #323 and served in the U.S. Army. Memorials may be made to the Faith United Church of Christ Building Fund, Wentzville, Missouri
