Leroy Foeller, of Florissant, MO, passed away Monday, July 31, 2023, at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Mary Jane Foeller; devoted son of the late Norbert and Virginia Foeller; loving father of Michele Olscher, Kimberly Foeller, and William Foeller; cherished grandfather of Kaela Foeller, Zachary (Madison) Olscher, and Kurtis Olscher; precious great-grandfather of Addison Vossmeyer and Luca Olscher; treasured brother of eight sisters and one brother; dear son-in-law of Tina Brooks; beloved brother-in-law, nephew, uncle, great-uncle, cousin, and friend.
Leroy proudly and honorably served in the United States Army. He was a devoted family man and especially enjoyed being a GRANDFATHER. Leroy shared his love of Disney World with his grandchildren, providing each of them with a memorable experience by taking them to visit the parks multiple times. Leroy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Leroy's name to the American Kidney Fund.
