Leonard Lee Sternfels

Sternfels, Leonard Lee, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Monday, January 17, 2011 at the age of 57. Loving husband of Mary Ann Sternfels nee Hebda, dear son of Arthur (Susie) Sternfels and the late Shirley Sternfels; deovted father of Rachel (Luke Orf) Sternfels and Christopher Sternfels; beloved grandfather of Ayden James Orf; dear uncle of Lindsey, Krista, Ashton, Payton, Dawn, Victoria, Tiffany, Brittany, Austyn, Shawn, Tony, Richard, Stephen, David, Michael, Nicholas, Peyton and Hunter; dear brother of Randy (Mary) Sternfels. He was loved by many other family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his brother, William Sternfels and aunt, Gloria Sternfels. Leonard was employed as a Science Teacher and retired from Ft. Zumwalt School District after 33 years. He was a member of NTSA (National Teachers Science Assoc); NEA (National Educators Assoc.) and Knights of Columbus. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
