Loving wife of the late Donald Richter; beloved daughter of the late William Jennings and Lucy Burton; devoted mother of Donna Wood and Kenneth Richter; cherished grandmother of Danielle and Jake; dear sister of Thelma Kingsley; loving aunt and friend to many.
