Lee Francis Roy

Lee Francis “Moe” Roy, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, July 14, 2025, at the age of 89. Beloved husband of Frances Marlene Roy; cherished son of the late Conway and Iva Roy; devoted father of Carol Ann (Barry) Burton, Rhonda Marie (Gregory) Laurence, and Daniel Joseph (Lorri) Roy; loving grandfather of Jenna Burton, Cheyanne Burton, Kristen Laurence, Bradley Laurence, Keith (Deedee) Roy, Derek (Brittany) Roy, Jesse (Lauren) Roy, and Baylee Roy; treasured great grandfather of Adrian, Kira, Averie, Oaklynn, Isla, and the late Hadley; dear brother of Thomas (Pat) Roy, Suzanne "Suzie" (Jim) Brouk, and the late Virginia "Sis" Besancenez; beloved uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Moe proudly and honorably served in the U.S. Air National Guard and was a 70-year member of the Cement Masons Union Local 527. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, and bowling, and especially cherished his time at the Lake of the Ozarks, where he loved boating and being surrounded by nature. A dedicated fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs, Moe also enjoyed traveling and exploring new places. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
