Howard; devoted father of Tammy (Mick) Jones, Kelli (Jeff) Henry, the late Michael McCarthy (Darlene McCarthy), Ronald (Mary Jean) Howard and Donald (Debbie) Howard; dear brother of Venita (Harold) Wishon; preceded in death by 7 brothers and 3 sisters; beloved grandfather of 12 and Great-Grandfather. Mr. Howard was 20 year retired military. He also retired from Dome Railway Service.
