Lawrence J. “Larry” Schenewerk of Wentzville, MO, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017, at the age of 68. Beloved husband of Karen S. Schenewerk; cherished son of the late Robert E. Schenewerk and Rose Nichols; devoted father of Colleen (Jason) Harris, Melissa (Scott) Harris, Kevin Grojean; loving grandfather of Gina, Victoria, Cole, Peter, Hayden, and Mia; dearest friend and mentor Matt Blattel; dear brother of David (Janice) Schenewerk, Patty (Roger) Alexander, Bobby Schenewerk, and the late Debbie Dovin; and dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
Larry proudly served in the United States Army in Vietnam. His greatest joy in life was his family and he enjoyed every moment he could with his children, grandchildren, and friends. In his free-time, he coached local sport teams, enjoyed fishing, and traveling to the beach. Larry was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made to Amyloidosis Foundation.
