LaVerne Schmedeke of St. Peters, MO, passed away July 1st at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Schmedeke; cherished daughter of the late Milton and Edna Blust; devoted mother of Bev (Steve) Tesdall and Mary Schmedeke; and loving grandmother of Mike Tesdall. LaVerne was also preceded in death by her grandson Joseph Tesdall and sister Dorothy Stiens.
LaVerne was a member of O’Fallon Baptist Church. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoyed gardening. She dearly loved her family and memories made with them. She was deeply loved in return and will be missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Heart Association.
