Laurie Ann Leiber

Laurie Ann Leiber (nee: Roben), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2017, at the age of 53.  Cherished daughter of Shirley Roben and the late James Roben; treasured sister of Jennifer Harmon and Eric (Susan) Roben; devoted mother of James (Amy) Benner, Michael (Shae) Leiber, and Christopher Leiber; loving grandmother of Jamie, Leah, Caleb, Aiden, Ashleigh, Kaitlyn, and Ben.

Laurie grew up as a St. Charles Hills Kid and graduated from St. Charles West High School.  She attended classes at University of Missouri-St. Louis.  She will be remembered for her love and care of her many feathered friends.  She helped rescue and rehabilitate Cockatoos, Macaws, African Grays, and various others while she fostered for St. Louis Avian Rescue.  Laurie also loved music, among her favorites were Carrie Underwood, the Eagles, and The Fray.  She was dearly loved, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
