St. Charles, Missouri

Laura Noyes (nee Ream), of St. Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at the age of 67. Beloved wife of Keven Noyes; cherished daughter of the late John and Rita Ream; devoted mother of Joshua (Emily) Noyes, Jessica (Philip) Carringer and Julianne (Aaron) Palmer; loving grandmommy of Audrey, Charlotte, Lincoln, Sabrina, Gage and Neely; dear sister of Lisa, Kevin and Lynda.

Laura had a deep appreciation for God's creation, especially birds, and her beloved parakeet, Skylar, held a special place in her heart. She was a gifted artist whose creativity shone through her drawings and beautiful watercolor paintings. Her favorite artist was Johannes Vermeer, whose work she greatly admired, though she also had a deep love for the Impressionist painters.

Laura found great joy in gardening and had an extraordinary gift for nurturing plants. She especially loved roses, orchids, and hydrangeas, and her collection included many beautiful and exotic plants. Friends and family often joked that whatever Laura touched would grow roots. She truly had a remarkable green thumb.

Whatever hobby Laura pursued, she embraced it wholeheartedly. She loved learning, creating, and pouring herself into the things that inspired her. As a born-again Christian, her faith was the foundation of her life, and she was deeply devoted to her walk with the Lord. She joyfully served in praise bands, singing and playing both the guitar and tambourine. Her love for music spanned many styles, and she found great joy in worship.

Laura also cherished traveling with her family, especially to cool climates and the mountains, where she found peace in the beauty of nature.

Laura was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her faith, creativity, kindness, and love for God's creation leave behind a lasting legacy that will continue to inspire those whose lives she touched.

Memorials may be made in Laura 's name to Feed the Children.
