Lance D. “Flipper” Steen, of O Fallon, MO, passed away Monday, May 11, 2026 at the age of 57. Beloved husband of Amy Lynn Steen; cherished son of Darlene June (Michael) Weidenbenner and the late Ray Wallace Steen; devoted father of Kate Hembree and Colin Steen; loving grandfather of Kade Hembree; dear brother of Mitch (Ellen) Steen and the late Michael Steen; adoring uncle of Ryan (Megan) Steen and Ashley (Nate) Brisson; great-uncle of Killian Steen and Lucie Brisson; son-in-law of Karen Kearney; beloved nephew, uncle, brother-in-law, cousin, friend and Fans.

Flipper was a musician, the life of the party and loved by many. Flipper was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
