Kurtis Michael McClendon

McClendon, Kurtis Michael, of O'Fallon, MO, died on Tuesday January 27, 2015, at the age of 40. Loving father of Alec and Brandon McClendon and their mother Heather Maryan; beloved son of Elaine McClendon and Ken (Karen) McClendon; dear brother of Katrina (Shane) Farrow; cherished nephew of Allison (Don) Telge, Patty (Bill) Parsons, Elaine (Jeff) Emry, and Nancy (Jeff) Roberts; treasured uncle of Nick, Abby, and Olivia. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Young Ewing, Ethelene McClendon, and Bill and Anne Parrent.
Kurtis was very involved in his Christian Faith and relied on it throughout his life, he also enjoyed soccer, sports, and fishing, but most of all he enjoyed being with his family, especially his sons.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Association.
