Lewis, Kurt B., of Warrenton, Missouri, died on Tuesday, December 30, 2008, at the age of 43. Devoted husband of Terri Lewis; dear son of the late Carl "Chick" and the late Eileen Lewis; loving father of Kevin Lewis and Kellie (Jake) Sublette; cherished brother of Charlotte Rudin, Gary (Cyndi) Settles and Mike (Lori) Lewis; survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was the owner of Kurt's Excavating for 9 years. Memorials may be made to the family in care of Terri Lewis.
