Kenneth Alfred Gries

Kenneth Alfred Gries, of Bridgeton, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at the age of 75. Beloved husband of the late Jennie Gries; loving son of the late Edwin C. Gries, Jr., and the late Helen (nee Etter) Gries, dear friend of Rhonda M. Shores; and loving dog dad of Josephina.

Kenneth proudly and honorably served in the United States Navy, joining in 1968, and was a proud Vietnam Veteran who worked on aircraft carriers. A man with a love for speed, he was a dedicated member of the Corvette Club and enjoyed riding his motorcycle with the wind in his hair. Kenneth was also artistic, finding joy in painting and woodworking, and he enjoyed spending time at the shooting range. He cherished his beloved fur critters and was known for his strong work ethic, retiring from AT&T to care for the love of his life, Jennie. Kenneth was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Kenneth's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
