Memorials may be made to Donor's Choice. Kelly A. Shinn; precious daughter of Ronald A. and Mary A. Shinn; dear sister of Tracy A. Shinn, Pamela D. McClure (Matt), Sandra K. Allen and Debra A. Checque (Ken). Because Kelly was such a colorful and lively person, the family respectfully requests that no black be worn at the Memorial Service. Kelly was a member of First United Methodist Church, St. Charles, MO.
