Milligan, Keith, 55, of St. Charles, MO, died on October 4, 2011. Dear son of Bobby & Peggy Milligan; loving husband of the late Mary Lynn Milligan; devoted father of Josh (Rachel), Jason, Brennden, & Frank; cherished grandfather of 2; dear brother of Diane (Mark), Michelle (John), the late Marty, the late Ricky; dear brother-in-law of Judy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or SSM Hospice.
