Kathleen Janet Simon
December 3, 1941 — December 6, 2023
Kathleen Janet Simon, of Weldon Springs, MO, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at the age of 82. Cherished daughter of the late James and Genevieve Simon. Devoted mother of Tim (Meg) Konczakowski; loving grandmother of Alex and Nicholas Konczakowski; dear sister of Jane (Glen) Daniels. Preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Hedges and Jeanine Meyer.
Kathleen proudly served in the United States Military Air Force for over 25 years. She served at St. Louis Lambert Airport and later in Volk Field in Wisconsin. Kathleen retired as a Master Sargent and returned to St. Louis in 1999. She was a dog lover and decorated her home accordingly. Kathleen was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Kathleen's name to Five Acres Animal Shelter.
