Kathleen Marie Moore (nee Kurowski), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Gerald Moore, Sr.; cherished daughter of the late John Sr., and the late Marie Kurowski; step-mother of the late Gerald J. Moore, Jr., the late Deborah M. Moore; Joseph Andrew Moore, Patricia Jean (David) Cooper, Catherine Marie (George) Arter; grandmother of thirteen; great-grandmother of 42 including great-great-grandchildren; dear sister of the late Elizabeth Kurowski, the late Patricia Kurowski, the late Marie Annette Kurowski, and John K. Kurowski.
Kathleen was a woman of deep faith who found joy in life’s simplest and most meaningful moments. She cherished attending church picnics, camping adventures with her beloved husband, and their yearly trips to Texas; traditions that brought them closer together and created lasting memories.
A lifelong learner and gifted crafter, Kathleen loved discovering new skills, often side by side with her husband. Their shared devotion extended beyond hobbies; they prayed together and walked through life hand in hand, treasuring every moment.
Known for her kindness, generosity, and caring spirit, Kathleen gave selflessly to others. She lovingly knitted scarves for those in need, always thinking of how she could brighten someone else’s day. She also found joy in simple pleasures, like playing Mexican Train and Uno with family and friends.
Kathleen and her husband, Gerald, shared a beautiful marriage that began in 1976. This year, they would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary; a testament to their enduring love and commitment.
Her grandchildren were truly her whole world. She devoted herself to each one with care and intention, making sure every grandchild felt special and unconditionally loved.
Kathleen was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
