Kathleen Marie Fraser

Kathleen Marie “Kathy” Fraser (nee Nugent), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Saturday, August 19, 2023, at the age of 60. Beloved wife of 29 years to Jeffrey Wayne Fraser; cherished daughter of Rita Joan (the late John J.) Heitzman and the late Jack Robert (Dru) Nugent; dear sister of Sandra (Terry) Palisch; loving aunt of Zachary (Katelyn) Palisch, Austin (Allie) Palisch, and Jacob Palisch.

Kathy was a loving woman who cherished all the small things. She was talkative and enjoyed good conversation. She and her husband, Jeff, shared many stories and conversations at their conference table. Kathy was an avid animal lover, but she especially adored her cats. She had a very kind heart, as she was known to be so caring and genuine with anyone she interacted with. Kathy was dearly loved, and her presence will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Kathy’s name to the United States Humane Society.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Kathleen Fraser will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 10:30 am at St. Paul United Church of Christ, 150 Defiance Road, Defiance, MO 63341 with a lunch to follow in the Fellowship Hall.
