Kay Goucher (nee Cockriel), 97 years born 9/29/1924 to Elmer and Hattie (Denny) Cockriel. Born in Ridgeley, MO. Preceded in death by her parents, siblings, her husband of over 50 years, Hubert Goucher; granddaughter, Kim DeLa Garza; and daughter, Norma Stewart.
Survived by daughter, Linda (Bruce Sukey) Dietz, sons, James (Lydia) Goucher, and Kevin Goucher; 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
Kay worked as a bus driver for the Fort Zumwalt School District for 30 plus years. Kay enjoyed crafting, bingo, and Amish romance novels. She was a member of First Baptist Church of O’Fallon, MO.
Memorials may be made in Kay’s name to the Diabetes Foundation.
