Peters, Julie Kofron, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, August 5, 2013 at the age of 51. Loving wife of Paul Peters; beloved daughter of Edward and Elaine Kofron; devoted mother of Elaina Peters and Corbin Peters; dear sister of Stephen Kofron. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Ferd and Agnes Ell and George and Ruth Crawford.
