Julie Godier, 60, of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away on June 14, 2026.
Born on July 8, 1965, in Missouri, Julie lived a life defined by love, generosity, and deep devotion to her family and friends. She had a way of making people feel comfortable from the moment they met her, seeing the best in people and helping them see it in themselves.
As a wife, mother, and grandmother, she created a home that was filled with warmth, laughter, and a sense of belonging. She had a gift for making people feel valued and cared for, and she found fulfillment in helping others, celebrating their joys, and standing beside them through life's challenges. The impact she had on those around her reached far beyond what she ever realized.
Julie found great joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved spending time with family, grilling, listening to music, being near the water, and hosting gatherings. Her greatest happiness came from seeing the people she loved together, laughing, and making memories.
Julie is survived by her loving husband, John Godier; her sons, Ryan (Alison), Joel, and Tim Godier; and her cherished grandchildren, Grayson and Theodore. Julie was preceded in death by her parents, Wendell and Patricia Boedges; and her brother, Chris Boedges.
Julie will be remembered for her selfless spirit, compassionate heart, and the unconditional love she shared so freely. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she enriched and the family she loved so dearly.
