Fritz, Julie Ann nee: Horn, of O’Fallon, Missouri, died on Monday, April 11, 2011 at the age of 43. Dearest daughter of David R. and Paula Horn; cherished mother of Rebekah Horn, Jennifer Fritz and Melissa Fritz; beloved grandmother of Raliyah Sims and Raniyah Sims; dear sister of Jeffrey R. Horn, Christine (Andy) Bolm and Andrew D. Horn; dear aunt of Krystal Schauer. She is also survived by the father of her children, Christian Fritz; and aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. Memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
