Judith Kay Pitezel

Judith Kay Pitezel (nee Patterson), of St. Charles, MO, passed away Monday, May 18, 2026, at the age of 84.

Judy grew up with her parents and brothers in Carthage, MO. After graduating high school, she married Bob Pitezel, her beloved husband of nearly 60 years. They moved to St. Louis where they raised their three daughters - Brenda, Beth and Debbie.

Her career as an executive secretary at Emerson Electric spanned over 30 years, where she was also a proud member of Executive Women International. Outside of work, Judy loved bowling, playing cards, camping, and traveling. She adored her pets and treasured the many hours spent socializing with friends and former coworkers. One of her greatest joys in life was becoming a grandmother to Katie and Stephanie.

Judy is survived by her loving daughters, Brenda Pitezel (the late Mark Bentch), Beth Pitezel, and Debbie Lalla (Steve Lalla) as well as her cherished granddaughters Katie Lalla (Rose Sheridan) and Stephanie Lalla. Judy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Pitezel, her loving parents, Clara and Earl Patterson, and her dear brothers Wayne and Ronald Patterson.

Judy was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Judith's name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
