Judith Ann Bowlsby

Bowlsby, Judith Ann (nee: Welch), of St. Charles, MO, died on Monday, July 17, 2017, at the age of 74. Loving wife of the late William E. Bowlsby; beloved daughter of the late Cornelius and Anna Mae Welch; devoted mother of Steven (Diana) Bowlsby, Robert (Tammy) Bowlsby, and Julie (Anthony) Pena; cherished grandmother Robert, Jr., William, Andrew, Tabitha, and Anthony; treasured great-grandmother of Jacob, Zachariah, Madeline, and Nathan; dear sister of James J. Welch; and also a loving aunt, cousin, and dear friend to many. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas G. Welch and Timothy L. Welch, and her sister-in-law, Doris Welch.
