Chadwell, Judith, 60, of St. Peters, MO, died on August 4, 2011. Judy was the fifth of six children; Patricia, Robert, Richard, Brenda, & Luther. Judy was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Robert & Luther; husband, Jack; & stepson, John. She married Jackie Chadwell in April of 1984. Judy & Jack had no children, but when they married Judy gained 2 stepsons, Jeff & John. They adopted 5 pets during their 20 yr. marriage; cats, Muffin & Tabitha; & 3 dogs, Amanda, Jackie Dawn, & Ralphie.
