Fischer, Joseph Wayne, 70, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Friday, April 6, 2012 at the age of 70. Loving husband of the late Donna F. Fischer; beloved son of the late Robert C. and Angela A. Fischer; devoted father of Joseph E. Fischer. He is survived by several grandchildren of Joseph E. Fischer Family; dear brother of Mary Lou Schwendemann. He is preceded in death by his brother Robert W. Fischer.
