Franklin, Joseph "Whitey", of Troy, Missouri, died on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at the age of 81. Dear husband Barbara E. Franklin; devoted father of Rusty (Diane) Franklin and Robin Franklin-French; grandfather of James French and Nicole, Nicholas and Nathan Franklin and Sarah and Kayla Koester; dear brother of Mary (Elmer) Reese; beloved uncle, cousin, brother-in-law and friend to many. He is preceded in death by his brother Johnny Stollhans. Memorials to The Alzheimer's Association.
