Joseph H. Jones

Joseph Hiram Jones, of Chesterfield, MO, passed away Friday, December 26, 2025 at the age of 77. Cherished son of the late Noah Jones and the late Dolores Hughes; father of Bonnie (Tyler) Chapman; grandfather of Sabrina and Audrey; dear brother of Steve Jones and the late Phyllis Dreakshage; Joseph is survived by his ex-wife Mary Carr Jones.

Joseph was a standout high school quarterback who went on to play college baseball and later enjoyed playing softball. A devoted St. Louis Cardinals fan, he loved spending time fishing and took great pride in his work as an artist, especially oil painting landscapes and still-lifes. He also had a deep appreciation for country music. Joseph was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
