Epley; dear son of the late Albert Lee and Verna Blackshere Epley; loving father of Joseph (Kathleen) Epley, Mary Ann (Doug) Hodges, Donna Jean (Steve Nibarger) Epley, Charles (Geri) Epley and Lisa Garcia; adoring grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of 8; dearest brother of Ruby Ballinger, Ann Easter, Leona Collins, and the late Noel, Noah & Raymond Epley and Nora Easter. Joe was a truck driver.
