Beloved husband of Martha Jara; dearest son of Salvador Jara and the late Maria de los Angeles Salazar; loving father of Veronica (Scott) Zimmerman, Elizabeth (Mauricio) Felix, Sergio and Janet Jara; dear brother of Dora Salazar and Maria Haro; cherished grandfather of Xavier, Isabel and Mia; preceded in death by one brother. Mr. Jara was the owner of El Tio Pepe Restaurants in St. Charles, St. Peters and O'Fallon, Missouri for 15 years.
