John A. Tomasino

John A. Tomasino, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2022 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of the late June M. Tomasino; cherished son of the late John J. and  Lucille A. Tomasino; devoted father of John (Tricia) Tomasino, Scott (Beth) Tomasino, and Julie (Todd) Gordon,; loving grandfather of Jason (Jessica) Tomasino, Mark (Angela) Tomasino, Andrea Berry, Amy (Enrique) Pacheco, Daniel (Cindy) Tomasino, Anthony Gordon, and Christine (Eric) Miller; treasured great-grandfather of Lilian Tomasino, Caelan Tomasino, Dylan Rollinger, Isaac Rollinger, Parker Tomasino, Raimey Berry, Vincent Pacheco, Zachary Pacheco, Harvey Tomasino, Alfred Tomasino, Wyatt Miller, Walker Miller and the late Megan Pacheco; dear brother of Elaine Abbinante and the late Richard Tomasino. 

John worked as an accountant for Rheox NL Industries and was also a Tax Volunteer for AARP. He was an active member with the YMCA and O’Fallon Senior Center. 

John enjoyed being active with activities like cycling, golfing, playing billiards, and swimming. He also enjoyed relaxing with a good book. But most of all, he loved being “Big Papa” to his grandkids. 

John was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Memorials may be made in John's name to Shriners Hospital for Children.
